This 2-Stage 10"x 2.5" Auto-Detailing, Car Wash, Window Cleaning Water Filtration System offers multiple applications. It removes all mineral ions, producing high-purity water without scale buildup. The Dual DI System effectively filters out sodium, calcium, iron, copper, chloride, sulfate, nitrates, phosphates, silica, and ammonia, delivering clean and spotless water.

NOTE: The system's threads are not compatible with 3/4" garden hose threads; use the enclosed adapters instead.

Unsightly water spots after washing are caused by total dissolved solids (TDS) in water. This inline spot-free rinse system provides a quick and effective way to wash your car and avoid hard water stains. After rinsing, you can let your vehicle air dry without leaving spots behind.

The system uses Dual Mixed Bed DI Filters that produce up to 99.99% pure water, acting as a crucial post-RO filtration unit to remove impurities for a polished, pristine finish. It's ideal for car washing and auto-detailing, leaving vehicles nearly spotless thanks to the deionized, mineral-free water. Deionized water is also highly effective in cleaning glass surfaces, washing out dirty windows with minimal residue. The result is a completely transparent, polished look.

The system operates at 40°F-125°F and has a flow rate of 0.75 to 1 GPM (maximum flow rate without filters is 8 GPM). The recommended flow rate is 0.1 GPM to achieve the lowest PPM results using the misting valve.

Applications include car wash, auto-detailing on automobiles, SUVs, trucks, RVs, motorcycles, boats, household windows, and roofs. The system's capacity varies based on the incoming water's PPM, from 20 gallons at 500 PPM to 2000 gallons at 5 PPM.

Factors that can cause DI resin failure include high incoming water levels, resin exhaustion, improper usage, car washing technique, excessive DI water consumption, high flow rate, water temperature and composition, and improper packing or channeling.

The complete kit includes a Dual DI Unit Housing with Mounting Bracket, two Cartridges, Wrench, O-ring, Housing, and Manual. It's suitable for use on any vehicle, effectively removing TDS to protect against spots and preserve the vehicle's natural paint and color. The system is quality-tested and built to last, with replacement DI cartridges available.

To ensure a longer lifespan for the DI filters, it's highly recommended to use a misting valve with the system, as it helps optimize the filters' performance.
