The Aquios WP236 is our all-in-one salt-free water softener and filter system, designed specifically for well water. Equipped with a powerful, natural scale prevention mechanism combined with full-house water filtration, this system effectively tackles issues associated with hard water, such as limescale buildup and iron staining. The result is clean, great-tasting, and scale-free water.

Calcium, a common element in hard water, can create scale deposits in pipes, on appliances, and other plumbing surfaces. This leads to higher heating and energy costs, as well as expensive repairs to appliances, including ice machines, coffee makers, dishwashers, and cooling towers in commercial buildings. To address this, the Aquios WP236 features a larger-diameter housing equipped with a built-in bypass and shut-off valve.

The system utilizes our 4.5-inch cartridge, which employs a graded-density, depth-groove structure and a salt-free, food-grade additive to soften the water at the point of entry. This cartridge is rated for up to 6 months of use and filters the water to a 5-micron level.

Designed specifically for well water systems, the Aquios WP236 is effective in water hardness up to 27 GPG (461 PPM). The high-flow, washable 5-micron polyester pleated design removes or reduces rust, dirt, scale, and sediment, while the Aquios salt-free technology ensures efficient water softening without the need for a brine tank or salt.
